LOVE this Top!  It is a dressier top that is more like a blouse and can be worn to work as well.  We love the fit, color, and 3/4 bell sleeves with crochet detail!  Such a cute blouse!!  If you don't dig the front tie trend, you can always tuck the self tie and rock the front tuck trend - also super cute!
